- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
